We understand that situations can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in one of our online computer courses. If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 7 days before the course start date by sending an email to [email address] with the subject "Cancellation Request."
- For cancellations made 7 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the course has started are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed for cancellations requested before the start of the course, as mentioned above.
- Processing Time: If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that registration fees or any other administrative charges are non-refundable.
Course Changes
- In the rare case that the course is canceled by the NGO due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or instructor availability), a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
- If a student is unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided after the course has commenced.
